Q: I’ve purchased, installed, and activated an extension, but I can’t see it in the Extensions list or under Your Extensions. Why?

If you’ve completed the installation and activation steps but the extension is not visible, it’s likely that the license key has not yet been added and activated. Extensions will only appear in your list once the license key is properly activated.
To resolve this:

Go to your License.

Enter and activate your license key.

Refresh or revisit the Extensions list – the extension should now be visible.
Note:
If your extension is not a pop-up type (e.g., it’s an event or trigger-based extension), it may not appear in the standard Extensions list. Instead, check where extensions are managed under the Popup Settings or related configuration area.
