Visitors can spin the wheel for a chance to win a prize, discount, free shipping offer, gift, or custom result. Depending on your setup, you can also collect visitor details before or after the spin.

Requirements

Before using Spin-to-Win Popup, make sure your site has:

1. WordPress installed.
2. Instant Popup Builder installed and active.
3. Instant Popup – Spin-to-Win Popup installed and active.
4. PHP 7.4 or higher.
5. A valid Spin-to-Win license, if your workflow uses licensed extensions.

How the wheel result works

Spin results are selected on the server, not in the visitor’s browser. The wheel animation then lands on the segment awarded by the server.

Each spin uses a security nonce connected to that popup.

If weighted probabilities are enabled, each segment’s weight controls how likely that segment is to be selected. A higher weight means the segment is more likely to appear.

Visitor flow options

You can choose how visitors interact with the popup.

• Spin without form: Visitors tap or click the center of the wheel and spin immediately. No lead form appears before the spin.
• Collect email before spin: Visitors enter their details before they can spin. Name, email, and consent are required for this flow.
• Collect email after spin to claim: Visitors spin first. If a claim step is required, they enter their name, email, and consent before the final result is shown.

Leads and subscribers

When using the Collect email before spin flow, entries can be saved to Instant Popup Builder’s subscriber list. The campaign value is aligned with the popup title in the builder, helping reporting stay consistent with other list-building popups.
