  • The issue you reported is incorrect or inaccurate.
  • Payments for upgrades or renewals.
  • Automatic renewal payments.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The product does not function as advertised on our website.
  • You have contacted support and we were unable to resolve the issue.
  • You request the refund within 14 days of purchase (initial license only).
