- Conflicts or compatibility issues with third-party addons/plugins/scripts.
- Your server limitations prevent the proper use of the item.
- The issue you reported is incorrect or inaccurate.
- Payments for upgrades or renewals.
- Automatic renewal payments.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may only be considered if:
- The product does not function as advertised on our website.
- You have contacted support and we were unable to resolve the issue.
- You request the refund within 14 days of purchase (initial license only).
